I have arthritis in my neck and was looking for a water pillow that would displace the water under my neck and support it all around. I wanted a good one and decided on the Zewa.The instruction booklet claims that it holds up to 12 cups of water(or air). Wrong! Managed to squeeze in a cup and a half before it overflowed (and later leaked). It is nothing but bulky memory foam resting on a small water/air blister which is hard (and messy) to fill, after which it's not even noticeable under all the foam.
Sent it back and purchased a Medflow and a Chiroflow (made by Medflow). They are both very good and cost half as much as the Zewa.
