It's very easy to slide a standard size pillow with pillow case into this sham.It's beautifully made and looks great with the coverlet.Not sure why the call the trim "cayenne" color, because it's more a tan gold.Pretty much like the Amz website pictures.The fabric is holding up well to two cats.--pat
