I couldn't sleep directly on this.It's too firm.I used two, side by side under a queen air mattress to elevate the head area.A bit pricey.All bedding accessories seems to be though.
It might help with acid reflux if you sleep on your back.Seems nothing helps if you sleep on your sides.
