After buying dozens of different types of pillows and spending tons of money, I finally found a pillow that finally does what it claims.I have serious cervical and lumbar disk problems and am on disability.I truly needed a pillow that would support my head and neck properly.I no longer wake up during the night to readjust and fluff the pillow and the neck pain is gone.This is NOT a pillow designated for ONLY side sleepers, back sleepers or stomach sleepers.This is a pillow for ANY position you sleep in as it moves with you as it cradles your head and neck. You can control the amount of support and firmness by the amount of water you fill the pillow with. Obviously, it will NEVER go flat!! But be aware that once filled with water, this pillow gets quite heavy thus staying put.
