Zewa Therapeutic Memory Foam Air-Water Pillow Review

I have arthritis in my neck and was looking for a water pillow that would displace the water under my neck and support it all around. I wanted a good one and decided on the Zewa.
The instruction booklet claims that it holds up to 12 cups of water(or air). Wrong! Managed to squeeze in a cup and a half before it overflowed (and later leaked). It is nothing but bulky memory foam resting on a small water/air blister which is hard (and messy) to fill, after which it's not even noticeable under all the foam.
Sent it back and purchased a Medflow and a Chiroflow (made by Medflow). They are both very good and cost half as much as the Zewa.

MEDIFLOW - CHIROFLOW Down Water Based Pillow Sets Review

I have neck pain & about once a year, & after normal wear & tear, the pain gets severe enough that I have to go to physical therapy for it.This year when the pain got bad, I looked for other options which led me to this pillow.I ordered it, waiting anxiously for its arrival, then was really disappointed when the pillow kept leaking - soaking me & my bed in the process. I contacted HPMS & was told to mail the cap & funnel back to the HPMS and discard the pillow.Since I was anxious to get the pillow, I would have preferred a full refund so that I could immediately purchase the pillow elsewhere, but that was not an option.First, I had to pay an additional $4 for packaging and mailing, which HPMS did not reimburse.Second, it took almost another month before I received the replacement pillow!! Reminder:I was in pain before I placed the original order!!I'm happy to report that so far, my neck pain has subsided. But, I wish I had ordered it from a company with better customer service.There are multiple sellers for this pillow.

I bought the protectors for feather pillows to keep the feathers from coming thru the pillows but it hasn't done that.I could have bought the cheaper protector and would have been the same as I have with this protector.I would not recommend this for what I needed it for.

Water Pillow Review

This is probably the cheapest water pillow you can find
online. Brand name is Duro-Rest. This pillow does not
promote proper cervical alignment b/c it's shaped like a
regular pillow but it's very comfortable and anyone
without neck pains may find this pillow way better than
anything else they can find in a department store.

The water bag can be used as a seat cushion and the pillow
size is 19 x 24 inches. There's a lot of cushioning material
on both sides so you can turn it around to avoid flattening
the fiberfill (unlike other pillows with fiber on just one side).

If you want a soft pillow that won't go flat, this is the one.
If you want a cervical orthopedic pillow, get a water pillow with
a trapezoid center in the water bag like the AquaCore Pillow.

MEDIFLOW Travel Pillow Review

My mother got me hooked on these pillows around Christmas, so I got her the travel sized one for Mothers Day to make her trips to come visit me more comfortable, and she loves it.She uses it in the car, when she is visiting us, and also for naps on the sofa at home.

If you do not own one of these pillows, I recommend getting the full size or queen size one for your primary use, but if you already have a full size one for primary use, this item is great for when you're away from home!

Chiroflow Water Pillow Review

I have a memory foam pillow that came with my memory foam padding for my bed, so I like softness.It was fine for sleeping on my side, but a little high for other positions.And sleeping on my belly with my arms under a thin pillow left my arms numb.So I get this pillow based on the reviews and fill it to the recommended medium setting to start out.All I can say is WOW!

The pillow seems thin, but is always the perfect height for support for every position.Face down with my arms under it, not only is my neck not sore, but my arms aren't numb.On the side it manages to support my neck as long as my shoulder isn't on the pillow.And I am finally able to sleep on my back, which other pillows didn't allow!

The only awkward part is filling, which you have to hold the pillow on its end & fill with something with a spout into its provided funnel. And it suggests you start out with 3 quarts of municipal water (with its trace of bleach to prevent mold growing inside) or adding a drop of bleach to other types of water.Then you massage the air bubbles out through the top and screw back in the cap.(If you don't get rid of the bubbles you may hear "sloshing" when you move.)It says you can change the water annually, but with the bleach purified water, and lack of replacement rubber gasket, I would never open the pillow again once I get it set.

The pillow is surprisingly heavy to carry, but you don't notice the weight on your bed, even with your arms under the pillow.And sleeping on cradling `fluff' puts me into deep, restful sleep.
