I origionally bought this because I saw the dog "kneading" pillows & her old dog bed to get the perfect shape. And because I hoped to find a dog bed she'd prefer over the couch, which had become dirt-stained in her favorite locations.Upon opening the box, she Immediately jumped on it, somehow knowing it was for her :)It is her favorite spot now -she doesn't even go on the couch! I cover also zips off for easy machine washing.
I bought two more (for bf house and mine).
I have the 40in and two 24" for a Jack Russel Terrier.
Highly recommend this bed and the store.
