Great cat tower and condo. My cats were trying to play on it while I was putting it together (which was very easy). It is very stable, and it really has had a workout with my cats! The shipping was quick also. The material is very soft but durable. I love the price and my cats love to play on it! I bought 2 other condos from this company at the same time and each condo was excellent!They have a wonderful variety.
