I purchased this for my occasional travels, which it turned out, was 2 years later.Plastic tends to deteriorate over time, and I was concerned.Turns out, everything worked perfectly.I'm 6'1", and this still worked well.The product apparently came with a patch (which I probably didn't even know what these self-adhesives were when I initially received). Over the 2 years period, these are easy to misplace. Because I liked the product so much, I called Jobri to purchase patches, for the eventual day when the product will have a hole. They kindly sent me replacement patches--no charge.
