I was expecting a bean bag type chair-I was happily surprised to get a very well made, foam mattress feeling type chair.In short, it is an excellent choice for anyone looking for comfortable floor seating, especially for kids.My 10 yo and a friend can fit into the center of the chair comfortably with room to spare.The fabric is a heavy duty twill that takes wear well and is pretty easy to clean. You have to roll it around a bit to get it to fluff up.It is heavy and should be decompressed where you plan on using it as it is alot easier to move around when compressed. It is an excellent, durable and very comfortable piece that can easily be used as a spare bed for sleep overs. At about 5 feet wide, it takes up a lot of floor space so I would recommend the smaller sized version of this chair for a small room. There is also a larger sized one.
