I've owned 3 Homedics massaging mats and this one is by far the most uncomfortable and worthless. Whoever designed the MMSQ-100 should have to lie on it for a whole night. If they did, I defy them to get up again. It's bumpy and really hurts my spine when I use it.Homedic products are usually so good. This one is a real disappointment. The company needs to discontinue this mat and focus on mats that are comfortable and affordable.
