I just got this topper out of the box and I am already impressed!My husband and I have an older memory foam topper that is supposedly the same thing, but over time has failed and has permanently compressed areas where we sleep(we are both obese).We had only had it about 3 years.One of the reasons I chose to order this one is the 10 year warranty.Whatever the reason, I am happy I chose to order from All Sleep.This topper came well packed and was WHITE!The other had been yellowed right out of the box and I hardly paid any less for it.The new topper actually goes ALL THE WAY TO THE EDGE OF THE BED.The other one lacked 2 inches all the way around. And the free mattress pad it came with is equivalent to one I paid $50 for.It is a good thing they sent it as this topper measures the entire 4 inches promised and I needed a deeper cover.I have laid on it and it is firmer than what we had before, not hard, but more supportive.I have no doubt that I will be happy for a long time with this topper.Eventually I am going to have to replace my pillows and you better believe that I will be looking to All Sleep for that as well.Oh, also of note, they ship DHL.Don't count on the tracking feature to work with them.This morning it stated my topper was in Topeka, KS where it originated.I hate to tell them that it is in Albany, GA and already on my bed!
