I like it fine..but I wish it was just a little less firm.I sleep well with it and as they say, it contours to your head as it warms up.All in all I'm not sorry I bought it but if you like a soft pillow..pass on this.
UPDATE.I've had this over six months now and I'm still not used to it..It's just not at all soft.I can't redomend it unless you like a really firm pillow.
