This is my first wedge pillow and I am very satisfied with it.

Pros:
-Does its job well
-Washable cover
-Soft

Cons:
-Fresh polyurethane foam stinks like chemicals for a week after delivery
-Possibly too soft for some people, particularly if you are very heavy - the foam will compress too easily
