I bought this pillow for my 2.5 year old son - It was to be his first pillow, so I wanted something that was oriented towards a young child.This pillow is FABULOUS! ... It's the exact width of his crib-sized mattress, and it is very "flat" as compared to an adult pillow, so it's comfortable for him to use. ... The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you CAN feel the feather-quills a little bit within the pillow.They do not poke out and are not uncomfortable, so they definitely don't bother my son at all! - But I think it would have been better if they weren't noticible whatsoever. ...
