At first look this bed seemed fine, but over time it's kind of flat and not of good quality for BIG dogs. Save up and get one that is more substantial if you have big dogs. It does clean up easily with the zip off cover, but I found it to be a waste of money.

Petmate 40 x 30 Equestrian Quilted Pet Bed Review

What a wonderful bed! I bought it for a standard poodle, and it's perfect. This is a big, colorful cushion that comes in wonderful themes and is very attractive - and it's half the price of other expensive, and boring, beds for large dogs. I will buy at least one other, and maybe more. I highly recommend it.

Petmate 40 x 30 Lake Lore Quilted Pet Bed Review

I bought this for my dog last July and it started coming apart at the seams of the 'patchwork' top in just a couple of months.I turned it over and in no time flat,a torn place appeared on the solid back fabric.It's very, very thin cheap fabric.The lining on the inner pad is very, very thin, cheap muslin and came apart as the outer fabric was coming apart.It's been ready for the garbage with green fiber-fill everywhere.I got mine, at Amazon on sale for $23, because it is so very pretty.If they came along for under $10, I might order another one because they're so soft and pretty and comfortable for my very old Rottweiler's bones - and she loved it so she's very disappointed, too.She messes with it seemingly trying to fix it...it's sad.I can tell you this, if I'd paid one cent more for it, I'd have returned it right then and there the day it was delivered!

I liked the style of this bed and material did seem like it would be stain resistant but the bed its self was just too puffy for my dog. When she would sit it would go flat where her body was not giving her any support and then the part she wasn't laying on would puff up like a life raft.
My dog is a 70lb female Rhodesian mix and the large bed was too small for her.
I sent it back, not worth the money. Also the dog hair sticks like crazy to the material so it looks dirty very fast.
