This cooker boils liquids at the "Low" setting and the "Keep Warm" setting maintains around 125F.Utterly useless for slow cooking.The whole idea of slow cooking is to maintain a temp hot enough to kill bacteria and low enough to not boil your meal at the low setting.What a piece of junk.
