These memory foam pads in general are wonderful, and after getting one for my parents, I bought this one for myself.Although it was great at first, mine seems to be sagging in the middle.I am using it on a futon, so it may be that the futon mattress is not as firm as a regular mattress, and that is what is causing it.So I'm not sure if it is my saggy-in-the-middle mattress, or if the pad itself is starting to sag.At any rate, this started probably a month after I started using it, and it is definitely not the same quality as the one I got my parents.So it probably isn't necessary to buy the most expensive one, but there is definitely a difference, and this one is not super high quality.

I sent this to my daughter (away at college) so I have to take her word, but she says it's great and helped her hard dorm bed turn into more like her bed at home.She hated the dorm bed at first, very hard, but she's been happy all year, so far. I purchased this as a topper for my son's Bed and he really liked it.I ended up "stealing" it for the queen matress in our camper and it made all the difference.We slept great all summer.It has Been much more than a year since we purchased this (along with a single Bed one for my other son) and they still retain their shape perfectly.They have yellowed a Bit on the corners (don't know why - we always use a fitted sheet) But this does not effect the performance.

My mom was sensitive to the smell of the one I got her as a gift last Christmas.We had to open it up and lay it out in a spare room until the smell was BareaBle.

Actually this pad is as good and maybe better than any of them. My concern is about the misleading information regarding this type of product. In my little camper I had a 3" memory pad on top of an inexpensive 3" regular foam pad. I always said it was far more comfortable than my bed at home. I finally decided to buy one for my rather hard mattress at home. I went better than the company recommended for a small person. But the problem with memory foam is that as you sink down into that soft luxurious foam you only have 3" between you and that hard surface. I weigh about 115 lbs. and the heaviest part of my body is quickly resting on the hard mattress. I folded it in half to see if 6" was enough. Better but not great. Maybe 10" would be. These pads will not make a tempurpedic mattress. My suggestion is if you buy one get at least a 3" regular foam pad to put under it. Otherwise it is not worth the money.

If you are not getting enough sleep due to pain in lower back or other body parts, then you need this sleeper. I've beat cancer, but it has left its mark on me forever. Severe pain in both hips and lower back, sleep was not more than 3 hours at a time.
I've had 5 differant type beds in the last 12 years, none was able to let me get more than 3 hours sleep before I woke in pain. I've had this sleeper for 2 weeks, I now get 6 and sometimes more hours of sleep at a time.
I have a sleep number bed, worked ok for a few days but then I was back in the same sleep pattern. I placed the new sleeper on top of the sleep number bed, sheets fit fine (queen size), now this is the way I'm suppose to sleep.
If I continue to sleep this good from now on then I would have to say this is a miracle product.
I still have pain, always will, this bed releaves the pressure in the hips and back while lying down.
If you have this type pain, hope no one does, then you need this bed. I plan to purchase one for all the beds in the house.
