Before buying this pillow, I was the happy owner of a 5 foot long body pillow. Alas, my old pillow was filled with down, and the little feather tips were constantly poking out through the ticking fabric.I find this pillow to be more comfortable since it's not stuffed with down. It's also an easier size to deal with when not in use.
It's deep enough so that my knees really sink into it, very important. Some body pillows just don't have enough stuffing; after a few nights, they're flat!
I highly recommend this pillow. I rarely rate items but took a moment out to create this review in case it helps out other people with sleep problems.
