This is a nice, plump, lightweight buckwheat pillow.I like to nuke it in the microwave on a cold winter's night, then take it to bed wrapped around my neck. Try one minute in the microwave at first.Do not microwave for more than two minutes no matter what; you CAN light them on fire in a microwave, so be careful.The buckwheat pillow is lighter weight than the flax seed filled pillows, but it doesn't retain heat as long.My order was filled quite quickly.
