I bought this product because I wanted neck support for long trips but I did not like the reviews for the Komfort Kollar, since it looked too bulky, hot and too full in the back. I think this solved most of those issues. It is not very big, definately gives you support on the front of your neck, and about even support on the sides of your neck as other travel pillows, maybe somewhat better. It velcros in the back and is comfortable to lie against. I found it more comfortable to use it somewhat reclined rather than lying down, although on their website some state that they wear it every night to help with snoring. The fabric covering is not sweaty or uncomfortable.
My best advice would be to use it in conjunction with a small airplane sized pillow to support the side of your head, since you can still move your head side to side probably too far to spend a whole night in comfort.
