I ordered this pillow and could not find either a cover or case sold through Amazon. Without contacting the seller, he took his own initiative via email stating, "We offer a case and cover which he could place in my Fed-X packaged to save me additional shipping charges, if I contacted him by 4pm." His quality pillow, well constructed zip-cover and beautiful soft cotton case was the first package to arrive today in under 48 hours even though I paid for 3-day express shipping.
