I bought this pillow (instead of buying the much more expensive Tempurpedic body pillow)in hopes of aligning my body correctly when I sleep on my side. I happen to own a Tempurpedic mattress and regular pillow, and frankly, this body pillow I bought does not compare at all!! It doesn't comform to my body like they advertize. In fact, I wake up with more pain than before. I wish I could return it, and get my money back.So, if you want the real thing...save your money and buy the Tempurpedic.
