Royal Velvet Big and Soft Pillow Review

Having owned some Royal Velvet products, I trusted the brand and ordered 2 Royal Velvet pillows on-line.What a disappointment when I received it today.They were shipped separately.When I opened the first box, one of my hand and arm got so dirty, and the bag for the pillow had so much dirt/dust, I don't know how many wet paper towels I have to used to clean up the mess, I had to or I can't take the pillow out. (without getting it dirty)The pillow is nice and soft, then another issue-the stitch was poor, left a hole of couple inches open, the filling came out a little.The Q.C. should have see this, The box was big and it's a hassle to return it.The 2nd box is the same with dirty bag, I will not buy another pillow on-line again, too bad I have other ones has not arrive yet, wish me luck.I am critical of this, because unlike other items, we put pillows on our bed, I would not buy it in store if it looks like what I got in the mail.Usually keep the bags, but those two go to the trash right away.
