At 4 months pregnant, I was looking for a body pillow that would offer some support to keep my pelvic bones and back aligned while I was sleeping on my side.I had been sleeping with a standard pillow between my legs, but I was hoping to find something a bit bigger that could give me the pelvic support I needed now, and the belly support that I would be needing in a month or so.After pulling the Boppy out of the package, I realized that this would not do the trick.It was not firm at all (about the firmness of a medium weight comforter.)The picture makes it look like it offers quite a bit of support, but when I laid my head on it, my head sunk all the way down to the bed, and when I put the lower half between my knees, my knees were completely touching through the pillow.Some reviews mentioned that putting it in the dryer will puff it up, but keep in mind that there is only so much stuffing in the pillow - it might get fluffier, but it won't get any more firm.I returned mine immediately and bought an extra-firm king size pillow from Target for $12.It's working great for me so far.
