I guess I figured a down and feather pillow could never be too firm. But, I was wrong. Don't get me wrong, they're very nice pillows and, if you like your pillows firm, these are the ones for you. Unfortunately, they hurt my neck so I had to move them to the guest room. I ordered some other pillows from Amazon (not down, but very fluffy) and am happy.
