I'm unhappy with this product. I had to put the pillow in the dryer when it first arrived in order to get it to expand properly. I continute to have to put the pillow in the dryer because it flattens out as you sleep on it and does NOT expand back out as it should. When you fluff it in the dryer every other day to get it back to the proper height, it feels lumpy. It does NOT feel like one piece of foam, as it claims to be.
