This pillow is NOTHING special.I'm 5'2" and a stomach sleeper.This pillow was supposed to be a saving grace for someone like me. I woke up the first morning after using this pillow and my neck and shoulders were more sore than they have EVER been.I decided to give it another night, hoping that maybe I just had to "adjust" to it.The next morning I was in the same amount of awful pain.I got on to the RejuveNITE website and got their customer service number.I called, and "all operators" were busy, but instead of giving me the option to wait for an available operator they forwarded me to a voice messeging system to leave my issue and someone was assured to call me back.I did.Nobody called.I tried again the next day at three different times and I got the same "all operators" are busy message and was forwarded once again. I left a message, once again and nobody called me back.
Now, I should have known that this was a scam considering that the company selling this item on Amazon also sells cellulite cream, wrinkle removal devices and showerheads that apparently make your hair grow.I bet you could buy magic beans from them too.
You can't return this item so DON'T buy it in the first place.I paid over one hundred dollars with nothing to show for it but a stiff neck.
