I have two Gridzone Memory Foam 4 inch Contour shape pillows (bought within weeks of each other), and they have very different levels of firmness. All external markings are the same, so I did not accidentally buy a different type.One is firmer and more memory foam-like in the sense that sleeping on it on my side causes my ear a little bit of discomfort, but the height is perfect. The other one is maybe twice as soft, and feels more like plain foam and bouncier. This one does not cause any discomfort to my ear, but my head sinks too low in it to be comfortable.
