This pillow should be used as a basket ball. It appears flat and square in the picture, but is not. It is as hard as a rock and probably 12 inches thick it the middle,it doesn't touch my lumbar section. I couldn't even use it in my car for a lumbar pillow. You would have to move you seat back and then your feet won't reach the pedals. You can't even squish it it is so hard.I just had surgery on my back and can't use this at all.
