Being a natural skeptic, I didn't have much hope that a so-called hi-tech pillow would help me sleep better. I have to say that I was wrong to doubt -the pillow has worked as advertised. Then I gave one to my 87 year-old mother, who was even more skeptical than I. She just told me - after using it for 3 weeks - that she loves it. Believe me, you can't get higher praise than that.I'm not sure if it's the fact that it dissipates the heat or just that it conforms so nicely to one's head. It almost doesn't matter what the reason is. I only know I'm going to get one for my wife - who, unsurprisingly, is skeptical also.
