My Problem is not with the cushions, my problem is with Amazon.com service. I received two sets of these cushions, separated by about a week. The problem was that the second set did not match the first set (stripes were in opposite directions, and cushion thickness/fill were also different). The ISBN #s were identical, as were the product names. So I returned one set and received the same mismatched pair. I told Amazon of this problem. and said I wanted a replacement and that I would hold on to two of the cushions until I received the new ones so I could keep the four that matched. Instead Amazon refunded my money and left me with the problem, and now the company that made the cushions no longer sells this pattern. So I am stuck with mismatched cushions. The cushions are inexpensive so that was not the issue. I want the problem solved but Amazon seems to be washing their hands of it. The worst part is the time I have spent explaining this problem over and over to different service reps at Amazon. There is no continuity to solve problems with one person.
