Wow! Just returned from a stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Milwaukee and slept on three of these unbelievable pillows. They are down-like but stay puffy. They are soft enough for people with back and neck problems, stomach sleepers, etc. I typically use a pillow from the chiropractor but this pillow is the first soft pillow that allowed me to sleep on my stomach, side and back and be comfortable with no neck problems in the morning. Other friends on the same trip began searching online for these pillows; that's how great they are.
