had to return it. was so flat, it was useless as a pillow. had to pay shipping to return it. not very happy at all. they did not have my original item, so this was a substitute recommended by the company. the substitute item cost less, but they still charged me the greater amount.

Navy and White Hotel Spa Collection Neckroll Bolster Pillow Review

I have owned this bed set over a year now and am very impressed in how well it has held up.It has been through multiple machine washes and has not faded or had any wear.The neck roll however was not as good quality.One of the buttons came loose on the neck roll after about a month of use.The comforter cover and bed skirt however have been great.
