Select Comfort 6-in King GridZone Memory Foam Contour Pillow Review

I have two Gridzone Memory Foam 4 inch Contour shape pillows (bought within weeks of each other), and they have very different levels of firmness. All external markings are the same, so I did not accidentally buy a different type.
One is firmer and more memory foam-like in the sense that sleeping on it on my side causes my ear a little bit of discomfort, but the height is perfect. The other one is maybe twice as soft, and feels more like plain foam and bouncier. This one does not cause any discomfort to my ear, but my head sinks too low in it to be comfortable.
Be sure to make use of Select Comfort's trial period to exchange your pillow if it doesn't work right for you the first time!

Sleep Studio ViscO2 Memory Foam Contour Pillows, 2 pack Review

I have been using memory foam pillows - and they are indeed wonderful. These however, feel like foam pillows - not memory foam.When you put pressure on them, they immediately rebound to their shape - there is no give, no cradling like memory foam pillows and mattress tops should.I am returning mine (and I had very much looked forward to them being great pillows!).

After sleeping on this pillow for 1 night I ended up returning it.I found it too stiff, and I like a much softer pillow.The 'lobe' also pushed on my jaw, putting it into a weird position.And, when sleeping on my side it put a lot of pressure on my ear.I found this pillow to be very uncomfortable.

As other reviewers note, this is a very firm pillow.it's not soft or squishy in any way, but as soon as I put my head on it I knew my neck and back were in the right position.I struggle with neck-aches in the morning, and I really think this is making a difference.I am a tummy sleeper, but on this pillow I'm trying to sleep on my side or back.It's a good product for a great price.Oh, one more thing, this is a smallish pillow - even a standard pillow case is big for it.

Tempur-Pedic Comfort Pillow Queen Size Review

I purchased this pillow on Amazon through seller Pro Therapy Supplies as a Christmas gift.When Christmas day came and my wife opened the box to find that the pillow had a large crease in it and had a musty smell.Since the package was sealed we figured we would give it a couple weeks for the crease to work itself out and the pillow to air out.After a couple weeks neither problem went away so we contacted Pro Therapy Supplies.After explaining the situation we were told that the 30 days return period had expired.We tried to explain that the pillow was a Christmas gift and was not opened until two weeks prior.Unlike any other store I have ever done business with they would not make any concessions since this was a Christmas gift and it had been sitting in my closet unopened for a few weeks prior to Christmas Day.We asked to speak to a manager and were given a run around and told that one would call us back, needless to say that didn't happen.The next day we called back and were told that the manager was busy and would once again call us back, this time we didn't fall for this tactic and said we would hold for him.After speaking with the manager, Pro Therapy Supplies still would not take the item back as a return and said we needed to speak with Tempur-Pedic for a warranty claim.We called Tempur-Pedic directly and they were great, sent us a claim form that we could fill out online and within a couple weeks had an RMA.Long story short, do yourself a favor and don't deal with a company like Pro Therapy Supplies, buy directly from Tempur-Pedic.Amazon should be more selective with the companies that they allow to sell on their site.

The NeckPillow by Tempur-Pedic Medium 20" x 12" x 4" Review

I purchased my pillow from Brookstone over 9 years ago. I needed it for the neck support. My pillow has held up for all these years with no problem. The material in this pillow works with the heat from your body to mold to the shape of your body. If you like to sleep on a cold pillow, this pillow is not for you. I recently purchased a new tempur-pedic thinking that the new pillow will have more support as this material over time degrades and will not bounce back into shape as quickly.

I found that the new pillows are not as firm as mine was when I first purchased it. I had to return the pillow since my 9-year-old pillow is firmer than the new ones they have out under the same name. Remember if you do not like a HOT pillow this will not work for you, as the heat from your body will make it feel very warm. I sleep with a fan on me all night anyway so this does not effect me but family members have tried to use the pillow to try it out and found the pillow got to hot for them to use.

Overall I love my pillow and panic if I happen to forget it when I go out of town. If you have neck problems (mine are from an accident) this pillow can certainly help.

One major complaint is that the pillow case covers they sell (very expensive) do NOT fit the pillow. It is not designed to fit the pillow even though they advertise that it is a custom pillow cover. A better solution is to just use a regular pillowcase or a pillow sham. Brookstone should be ashamed to sell these pillow covers as they do NOT fit - they are at least 5 inches longer than the pillow which causes you to constantly adjust the pillow case so as not to get wrinkles on your face or to prevent lumps under your head while sleeping.
