Pillow Decor - Herringbone Green Rectangular Decorative Throw Pillow Review

The product arrived within 11 days but I was surprised and disappointed with the quality of fabric -- less so the Herringbone Green than the Teal Thai Silk pillows. Without being in direct sunlight, they discolored within 6 days. The fabric is scratchy and feels cheap. When I requested a return, the customer service person was argumentative but gave me an RMA number. After three weeks of not seeing a refund (which included hefty deduction for restocking, repaying their original postage for sending to you (if you bought enough from them to get free shipping), and paying to return the items), they lost the RMA items. So for returning a poor quality $59 pillow, I got a refund of approximately $15, which is more than the pillow is worth anyway. I would recommend that people do not extend business to them unless you know exactly what you are purchasing without reservation and plan to keep it or give it away even if you do not like the item. The company is very interested in getting your money and depleting their inventory under any circumstances to your disadvantage.

Strathwood Basic 2 Seater Kapur Bench Cushion Review

My Problem is not with the cushions, my problem is with Amazon.com service. I received two sets of these cushions, separated by about a week. The problem was that the second set did not match the first set (stripes were in opposite directions, and cushion thickness/fill were also different). The ISBN #s were identical, as were the product names. So I returned one set and received the same mismatched pair. I told Amazon of this problem. and said I wanted a replacement and that I would hold on to two of the cushions until I received the new ones so I could keep the four that matched. Instead Amazon refunded my money and left me with the problem, and now the company that made the cushions no longer sells this pattern. So I am stuck with mismatched cushions. The cushions are inexpensive so that was not the issue. I want the problem solved but Amazon seems to be washing their hands of it. The worst part is the time I have spent explaining this problem over and over to different service reps at Amazon. There is no continuity to solve problems with one person. That's my experience...

I was very pleased with my purchase experience and there were absolutely no surprises. The pillow is beautiful, well made and the design is lovely. The pillow was very nicely packaged. The pillow form was vacuum packed separately in a poly bag which I thought was great because so often I receive products that look a little worse for wear after shipping. This way the cover was nice and flat without any creases or wrinkles. I bought this one along with these other two pillows and they work wonderfully together. I brought two Ortho Therapy Lumbar cushions for my car.My Father is 84 years old and I drive him and my mother around a lot and we sometimes take long trips.My father has a bad back and usually after just a hour or so in my car his back is really soar.I brought the cushions which both my parents use on our trips even the ones just to the store.My father can now ride in the car with ease.He told me there is a real difference and he really liked the cushion that it did help a lot. He use to be so sore that when he got out of the car he had a hard time standing, now he seem to get out with ease.We have found the cushions to work very well.We like that the cover can come off to be washed when needed.We will be using them for a long time.I think they are better then the smaller roll lumbar cushions, they support your whole lower back and are very comfy.I would recommend them for anyone who has lower back discomfort.
