Tempur Pedic Supreme Pillow Review

This pillow became flat and hard in less than six months and I don't even use it anymore.(I bought it new from Brookstone - just putting this review out to warn others.)It was very comfortable at first but for a product so expensive I expected better quality.The warranty department of Tempur-Pedic did not honor a warranty request, saying they only honor warranties for structural or manufacture defects.Don't buy Tempur-Pedic.

The ComfortPillow by Tempur-Pedic Review

Since seeing ads for the Tempur-Pedic mattress, I have begged my husband to buy one.Of course because of the costly price tag, my husband said NO.I figured since I could not have the mattress, at least I would buy the Tempur-pedic pillow.At over $100, this is one pricey pillow but it is soooo worth it.I love the fact that the pillow feels hard yet soft at the same time.I can use it for good, deep sleep or I can twist and punch it so it can lie under crook of my neck to sooth all my aches away.It is the most moldable pillow I have ever encountered.

This is the second Tempur-Pedic pillow that I have owned and the only reason that I had to buy a second pillow was because I ruined the first one when I washed it.In order to wash, you need to remove the zippered pillow cover but once I removed this cover, the material inside basically shifted and after I washed and put the pillow cover back on it seemed to me that the pillow "lost" its original firmness.Since I had this pillow for over a year, I really did not mind spending another $100 bucks.Trust me, once you own a Tempur-Pedic you will not settle for less.

***Just a warning, when you use this pillow for the first time, it will have a funny smell to it (I think it has something to do with the material used inside) but after a couple of days that funny smell goes away and you are in for some of the best sleep ever.

Until I can convince the hubby to buy me the Tempur-Pedic mattress, I will cherish this pillow.

The NeckPillow by Tempur-Pedic Travel 10 x 12 x 4 Review

I have purchased and used several "elastometric"-type foam pillows over the years; including the JC Penny "Ultimate Pillow" and others like them.
This Tempur-pedic possesses both the good and not-so-good qualities common to all of them.
Like the others; the Tempur-Pedic is quite hard when one first lays down on it; especially when the pillow has been in a cold environment for awhile.
Once it warms, the pillow will begin to soften and conform to the sleeper's head and neck, while also beginning to reflect a fair amount of body heat.
Granted; the Tempur-Pedic pillows are cooler than most of the competitor's pillows, and (so far) have not compressed (flattened-out) over time.
Overall; I would recommend this pillow over their larger "Symphony" pillow; especially for back sleepers or side sleepers with relatively small neck to shoulder dimensions.

Tempur-Pedic Comfort Pillow Queen Size Review

I purchased this pillow on Amazon through seller Pro Therapy Supplies as a Christmas gift.When Christmas day came and my wife opened the box to find that the pillow had a large crease in it and had a musty smell.Since the package was sealed we figured we would give it a couple weeks for the crease to work itself out and the pillow to air out.After a couple weeks neither problem went away so we contacted Pro Therapy Supplies.After explaining the situation we were told that the 30 days return period had expired.We tried to explain that the pillow was a Christmas gift and was not opened until two weeks prior.Unlike any other store I have ever done business with they would not make any concessions since this was a Christmas gift and it had been sitting in my closet unopened for a few weeks prior to Christmas Day.We asked to speak to a manager and were given a run around and told that one would call us back, needless to say that didn't happen.The next day we called back and were told that the manager was busy and would once again call us back, this time we didn't fall for this tactic and said we would hold for him.After speaking with the manager, Pro Therapy Supplies still would not take the item back as a return and said we needed to speak with Tempur-Pedic for a warranty claim.We called Tempur-Pedic directly and they were great, sent us a claim form that we could fill out online and within a couple weeks had an RMA.Long story short, do yourself a favor and don't deal with a company like Pro Therapy Supplies, buy directly from Tempur-Pedic.Amazon should be more selective with the companies that they allow to sell on their site.

This pillow has made a huge difference in decreasing my pain level!

It is amazingly comfortable, like sleepling in heaven, I swear.

I had NONE of the problems the other reviewer describes...the smell went away quickly, my numerous indoor alergies had no problem with it, and it helped my pain level to go down.

The NeckPillow by Tempur-Pedic Medium 20" x 12" x 4" Review

I purchased my pillow from Brookstone over 9 years ago. I needed it for the neck support. My pillow has held up for all these years with no problem. The material in this pillow works with the heat from your body to mold to the shape of your body. If you like to sleep on a cold pillow, this pillow is not for you. I recently purchased a new tempur-pedic thinking that the new pillow will have more support as this material over time degrades and will not bounce back into shape as quickly.

I found that the new pillows are not as firm as mine was when I first purchased it. I had to return the pillow since my 9-year-old pillow is firmer than the new ones they have out under the same name. Remember if you do not like a HOT pillow this will not work for you, as the heat from your body will make it feel very warm. I sleep with a fan on me all night anyway so this does not effect me but family members have tried to use the pillow to try it out and found the pillow got to hot for them to use.

Overall I love my pillow and panic if I happen to forget it when I go out of town. If you have neck problems (mine are from an accident) this pillow can certainly help.

One major complaint is that the pillow case covers they sell (very expensive) do NOT fit the pillow. It is not designed to fit the pillow even though they advertise that it is a custom pillow cover. A better solution is to just use a regular pillowcase or a pillow sham. Brookstone should be ashamed to sell these pillow covers as they do NOT fit - they are at least 5 inches longer than the pillow which causes you to constantly adjust the pillow case so as not to get wrinkles on your face or to prevent lumps under your head while sleeping.
