I ordered 2 "20" Single Sided Sheepskin Pillow-Caramello and2 "20" Single Sided Sheepskin Pillow-Ivory (Ivory). Pictures looked perfect.When I got them I was so disappointed because the colors were different it was Chocolate and White instead of Caramel and Ivory and also the quality is very poor. I was told by the Stacks and Stacks company representative to ship it back by UPS or FedEx. I did send it by UPS and paid $54.06 for the shipping because of the box size. Now they don't want to refund the shipping fees because they have this Disclaimer policy please read it: Product Color Disclaimer:

Please don't ever order this pillows because they look cheap.
