I have TMJ and associated neck problems, I need some neck support and am a side sleeper. I often wake up with tension headaches because of poorly designed pillows and my physical issues. I have bought so many pillows, it's ridiculous, including Temperapedic, so when I saw this Natura Ultimate pillow, I really tested it before taking it home. When I went to bed, I was pretty excited, the pillow is soft yet resilient - a big thing as most of the pillows I buy tend to sag and just lay there, offering very little support during the night as I shift and turn.
I was able to scrunch the pillow down around my neck on my back, but then get support on it when I moved to sleeping on my side, even put my arm under it. It's lightweight, soft, resilient and supports my neck and head perfectly.
