The product arrived within 11 days but I was surprised and disappointed with the quality of fabric -- less so the Herringbone Green than the Teal Thai Silk pillows. Without being in direct sunlight, they discolored within 6 days. The fabric is scratchy and feels cheap. When I requested a return, the customer service person was argumentative but gave me an RMA number. After three weeks of not seeing a refund (which included hefty deduction for restocking, repaying their original postage for sending to you (if you bought enough from them to get free shipping), and paying to return the items), they lost the RMA items. So for returning a poor quality $59 pillow, I got a refund of approximately $15, which is more than the pillow is worth anyway. I would recommend that people do not extend business to them unless you know exactly what you are purchasing without reservation and plan to keep it or give it away even if you do not like the item.
