I recently purchased this bed sack to help control dust on our king mattress, which is older than I care to admit here. I was too lazy to go upstairs and measure the mattress and just purchased the sack for the thickest mattress, sure that if it could possibly be too small, the one I would get would be too small.It was not too small, but was very large.This is a sack where you can measure your mattress and trust their sack will fit your mattress.That being said, our sack is baggy under our sheets, but is quite comfortable.It does not feel like we have anything under the sheets.The best part is that unlike with every mattress pad I have ever tried, with the sack my sheets do not slip down on the bed.Even with the sack too large.The only reason I did not make this 5 stars is because it is rather fragile and feels like paper when you are putting it on.You must take care that it does not get caught on anything as you pull it over your mattress or box spring because it will rip.This is a great product and I am very happy with it.

It has a tiny weak zipper and the zipper keeps opening on my 11" foam mattress.If the zipper was more durable it would fit better.The manufacture only rates it for 7"-12" which is probably more close to reality.

I have been diagnosed with dust mite allergies and advised to cover my mattress and box-spring.I am very satisfied with this item.I was concerned it would be like something from a hospital rather than a hotel.I am relieved that it is very much like the latter: satin, high quality, upscale.

The installation instructions are comprehensive and easy to follow.The zipper goes all the way round which makes things easier - it certainly glides very smoothly. For all those like me who prefer to buy things made in the USA you will be as disappointed as I was to know that the tag says MADE IN CHINA.

Two negative comments: the warranty reads like a legal agreement - not sure they ever want (or are obligated) to honor their 10 year commitment. Also their literature says that only 70% of bed bugs live in the mattress - you could buy this product and still have other things to do to remedy your situation

I have purchased many mattress protectors and this brand is one of the worst ever. I put it on my bed and it did block liquid well...but only once. After washing and drying the LinenSoft mattress protector acording to the directions for the first time it became completely unwaterproof. The plastic lining completely broke down. Liquid just goes right thru it now. Huge waste of time and money!!!

Sleep Tite Mattress Protector, by Malouf Review

I've gotta admit I really like these mattress protectors. They don't change the feel of our mattresses, nor cause overheating and sweating like our previous protectors.. They fit nicely on our low profile latex mattresses (which are slightly longer & skinnier than our regular mattresses) They also fit our thicker profile mattresses. They wash nicely and dry quickly. The kids spilled an entire glass of water in the center of one and none of it went through. (the top is completely water proof but the sides are not, so if water spills down the side it may or may not protect the mattress) either way they're a great buy! We are very satisfied with our purchase. We will be purchasing more mattress protectors and replacing our current pillow protectors with these as well.

I have been looking for a WATERPROOF mattress pad for some time.I wanted something that worked, but didn't want to pay a fortune for it.I've had several pads that either weren't really waterproof, fell apart after only one wash, etc.Anyway, decided to try this one out.I bought it from LinenSpa, but fulfilled by Amazon so that I could get the free shipping (LinenSpa Mattress Protector Deep Pocket 100% Waterproof & Dust Mite Protection, QUEEN).First off, for those of you wondering who manufacturers the pad ... it's Undercovers by MALOUF (malouffinelinens).Second, don't think you are getting a GREAT deal (a deal, but not a GREAT deal) ... this is no where near a $100+ mattress pad.Third, I'm not sure how much of a dust or mite barrier the pad really is since it only covers the top part of the mattress.The pad does appear that it will protect the mattress against a toddler's nighttime accidents (which is why I bought it) and stand up to hot water washings (although, I don't know for sure).The pad went on easy, fits securely, and feels nice (terry towel on top and kind of a rubbery texture on bottom ... not bulky at all).I still put a waterproof pad Basic Comfort Handy's Mattress Pad by Summer Infant over the sheet to make changes quick and easy (especially at night).So far, I am happy with my purchase.I will update this review after I've had the pad for a little while.
