Had ordered this item for a Christmas gift and found that it would not get here in time. I had no problem with that but when it didn't come in a month I contacted Amazon because my Visa had been charged. That was settled by Amazon and my Visa was reimbursed.Lo and behold it came after that contact. in the meantime I ordered another from that company by chance of getting it. Lo and behold they "both" came! They are worth it though.
