Chiroflow Waterbase Pillow with SpoutI have bone spurs in my neck and from time to time they give me lots of problems.I have less pain now than before since I have been using this pillow.It provides LOTS of support while I'm sleeping and I don't "wrestle" with it all night long.No matter how I move my head during the night, my head and neck area are all equally supported.I highly recommend this pillow.
