Travel U-Neck Pillow By SilverRest Review

Not all U-Shaped memory foam pillows are built the same.Some advertise to say memory foam but they are of poor quality and are harder than heck.Others, like this Silverrest/DeLandis pillow are just simply outstanding in its softness and plushiness that you have come to know about quality memory foam pillows.

I actually took a chance when I bought this product judging from the photo that it looks to be like the good kind of memory foam pillow.When the product arrived, it came in a box that left it a little something to be desired but as they always say "don't judge a pillow by its cover" because inside the box, the product was still sealed in its original aerated plastic.After popping it out of its plastic, I gently took a squeeze on the pillow hoping to get the kind of feeling that I'd come to expect from quality memory foam products.And guess what?Minutes later, I'm sitting on the computer typing up this review!

If you are in search of a high quality U-Shaped memory foam travel pillow, don't look any further.I actually walked into a "Brookstone" store the other day and stumbled upon a "Tempur-Pedic" U-Shaped neck pillow and checked it out to see if it was any good and believe me, that product doesn't even come close to the quality of this pillow and it is twice the cost.The Tempur Pedic travel pillow was softer than the average cheap U-Shaped memory foam neck pillow (well, it is actually a lot softer compared to the memory foam with neck massager pillow that you can buy for about $15 because that thing is just as hard as heck - two thumbs down for that product) but while the Tempur-Pedic pillow beats the average memory foam pillow, it is nothing compared to the softness and plushiness of this pillow.Expensive isn't always better and this is a product that proves it.

The only caveat to this pillow is that it is made in China, or at least, the box says that, but so is the Tempur Pedic one.Besides, what product is not made in China these days.Do note that I don't have anything against China made products, I am always just worried about the quality of the product that I am getting.Well, if it means anything to you, this travel pillow is one made in China product that I will always buy.

In case, I haven't said it enough, I highly, highly recommend this pillowto anyone who thinks that they need a memory foam travel pillow.I honestly don't think that it can get better than this for memory foams, but hey, also check out the one with the micro beads because those are very good travel pillows as well.
