I have mixed feelings about this item.I like the microsuede covering.Its thick and soft and will likely withstand considerable wear.My big complaint: this pillow is hard.Maybe its just me, but I thought since this was memory foam, it would be softer than it turns out to be.Other memory foam items I have posses a decent amount of give to them.This one is far to stiff for my tastes.
Also, the vibration unit is weak.I hardly feel anything from this unit at all.
I am giving serious thought to returning the pillow and trying again with another product.
